Directed by a man who thinks about the post-apocolyptic world and many other "what if" scenarios, "New Earth on the Barrens" is a new post-apocalyptic western to be shot in Lake Tahoe on 35 mm film (courtesy of the Panavision New Filmmaker's Grant) by up-and-coming director Kyle Haskett, who recently returned from shooting a documentary in Iraq.
