well my car finally died, so i went and picked this up for 300 bucks, just needs a transmission , which luckily i have found for another 300 bucks the best thing about this truck is that it's carbureted and good on gas, so i can actually drive around after the apocalypse plans so far- paint it olive drab and black(bumpers and accents) got a set of white spoked rims that'll be flat black with a set of street tires lower it as much as possible paint a red star on the door(want it to look like a Chinese military vehicle) and a nice loud exhuast pretty much just going to be my daily with no extreme things going on

Nice truck! I love Nissans. I have a '97 D21, 2wd 5-speed as my daily beater. I often think about making some p/a mods to it.
I was curious why you lowered it for a p/a scenario, but then you lifted it instead, which I think was a good choice. I've thought about lifting mine a hair (like a pre-runner setup) to make room for some slightly beefier tires.
EDIT: To add to the p/a mods I was thinking - I thought about building some sort of custom rollbar/utility rack. I haven't put too much thought into it yet.
Does yours have the Z24 dual-ignition motor?
